1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZWPropertyHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an agent account
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be suspended

3. Property Listings

• Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings
• Listings must represent real, available properties in Zimbabwe
• Fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings will be removed
• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any listing
• Property images must be original or properly licensed

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free plans allow limited property listings
• Paid subscriptions are processed through PayNow
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated
• Expired subscriptions will hide listings beyond the free tier limit

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false or misleading property information
• Harassing agents, clients, or other users
• Attempting to circumvent platform security or payment systems
• Scraping or automated data collection
• Spamming or unsolicited communications

6. Limitation of Liability

ZWPropertyHub is a platform connecting property agents and clients. We do not own, manage, or guarantee any properties listed. We are not responsible for transactions between agents and clients conducted outside the platform.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive multiple reports from other users.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
